Was da best way to get muscle in yor arms?!


Question: well im 12 and i wondered whats the best way i can get stronger in my arms ever since i broke them they have been weaker and i can still throw out a powerfull punch but it neads to get stronger and i will do anything to make it better help me

do many different varieties of bicep curls & tricep extensions. the 1st comment is right on, if you don't have dumbells @ home use canned goods. but the 2nd & 3rd comments are irrelevant though - push-ups are to strengthen your chest NOT your arms!

sounds dumb, but in your down time, take canned foods and lift them up and down like weights. you'd be surprised.

do at least 3 sets of 12 ( total of 36) push ups every other day

A simple answer is to do push-ups. They're free. Additionally, you might want to try actively swimming, which is also very good cardio, and can build up stamina and some muscle for your arm. You might want to ask your parents for a weight set, or to take you to a gym and work with weights there, but at age 12, it's a bit young to do much lifting excercise except maybe some free-weights. It's not good for your body if you don't do it a certain way.

Exercise for bicep and tricep. Lift dumbells.
