Ran 10 miles, 3.5-inch blood blister bottom/inside of foot?!

Question: Do you pop these things or what do you
do with them?

It's from running in new shoes with thin
socks.

The other foot has about 1.5 inch one.

It's RED and not like normal blisters.
It hurts to walk on it like this!

Don't pop it, that will only make it sorer and make it take longer to heal (trust me, I tried it last time).

Soak it in the tub or warm water for 20-30 minutes, then put some epsom salt paste on it and put a clean bandage on it. After a few days it will burst itself. Change the bandage every day, especially after it has burst. This should stop any infection creeping in

Its going to hurt for a few days but its not going to do any long term damage.

You may also want to break shoes in before running on them, and buy some gel insoles to reduce the impact on your feet next time.
