Well a few things:

Don't drink caffniene after noon. This may be your problem for some people caffiene effects their sleeping. Its in soda, chocolate, coffee, and various other items.

If thats not the case try reading before bed. Sometimes this helps. It relaxes your muscles...

Dont do very active things before bed. You'll get tense.

Also try sleeping in a different position, put your head on the other side of the bed for a change, it might effect it.

Or if that doesnt work try sleeping somewhere else maybe there is a noise that your not aware of because it makes a noise regularly.

If none of these work I would consult a doctor and he can give you pills to make you sleep.

Good Luck,

Bethany

Drink milk before sleeping, you might be hungry - eat a fruit but not heavy foods like sandwiches. Stop worrying about problem in your bed ;]

How old are you?
you need to figure out what you did during the day that caused you not to sleep now..
Do you have a lot of stress on your mind?
Did you consume a lot of caffeine during the day? Tea, coffee, sodas all of the above?
also some foods will keep you up as well, like chocolate, ice cream
If you've been on holiday, staying up late every night, sleeping late into the day you might just have your clock messed up and it might take a few days to get back on track

As for what is going to help you right now.. try some warm milk, try thinking about something calming, a book or movie you like, taking it through the story, that helps get everything else, including why you can't sleep out of your mind
