No, don't take that.
The best thing you can do for the norovirus is not eat anything substainial, nothing at all if you can. If you do eat, make sure its very light like broth, toast or plain rice/fish. Eating proper meals seems to "feed" the virus and make it last longer.
You should drink as much as you can to replace the lost fluids and buy some Dioralyte to help replace your lost salts/sugars.
Also stay off work/school for a further 2 days after the virus has passed.
