Muay Thai and the "philly shell"?!
Question: Has anyone tried it... I had much sucess my last sparring session with it... but from what I can see the weaknes is, when i roll away from a right cross, my lead leg is "tee'd up" for a round kick... and it did cost me... I got "rocked" with a right hook over my shoulder, after blocking a lead leg kick (because my shoulders were to square)... but it was one of the best sparring sessions I have had... anyone have any other tips, as to why it is good or bad?
