NOW!!!

Go now.

Do not drive yourself. If you can't find a ride, call 911.

This is serious and not something to play around with.

If this has been going on for several hours, hasn't gotten better, and you actually are having a hard time moving because of it. I would say now is a good time to go to the hospital.

I don't know anything about your age, or health status - or what exactly the symptoms are, but whether it's a pulled muscle, anxiety, or an actual cardiac event, it'd be safer to go see a doctor about it NOW.

you should have called 911 along time ago, do it now.

You should go RIGHT NOW because if it's in the chest and unbearable that's a sign you need immediate attention.

Call 911 immediately!!!

Call 911 now. It could be your heart, a gallstone, or several other things. They can all get serious. Call now!!!!

You give no information, your age, health, family history. They will ask all this before treatment. They have to know you.

What kind of pain, how bad, starting and stopping. It could be anything but, seeing how bad it is, go to the ER and let them figure it out.
