Sharp pain in left ear when I chew?!
Question: Chewing causes a sharp pain inside my ear, its annoying and REALLY painful. I can't chew anything. There is no pain in my jaw at all, just the ear.

have your ear checked and see if that is the problem. an ear infection. you didnt state your age so dont know if it could be a possible wisdom tooth. if you still have them that could cause it also!!
I had that, turned out I had an ear infection...
When this happened to me it ended up being an ear infection.
