Why do my feet and hands keep going to sleep?!


Question: Even when I'm using them they'll go to sleep. Sometimes it is the "they go numb" sort of go to sleep and other times it is the "pins and needles" go to sleep. The frequency of them going to sleep has increased.

As your doctor. The truth is that there are about a zillion potential causes of that kind of feeling so any attempt at diagnosis we internet laypeople would make would be merely conjecture.

YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR!!!!
It sounds like there is a problem with your blood flow. Once in a while is normal, but it sounds like this is happening too often.
I pray you seek the help of a doctor! This is NOT normal!

I think it's caused by poor circulation. Ask your doctor as it's increasing.

I find that sometimes after i've sat cross legged for a while my feet get like that too. Same thing if i wake up and my hands are underneath my head. I think its because of the pressure on the extremities than reduces circulation. Then after you get up or remove the pressure you get feeling back in your limbs which causes the pins and needles feeling
