Call your on call MD for final approval just to be safe as aspirin can cause bleeding and you're going through your monthly pain - and it's bad... don't take advice from on line people here even if it probably is OK, you don't want to have unforseen complications... I'm a nurse - just call your on call MD I'm sure they'll probably OK it - remember don't mix medications without a doctor's approval first!!!

Yes it is okay. Vicodin contains acetaminophen and hydrocodone. There is no cross reaction between Vicodin and aspirin.

Also try a heating pad on your abdomen to help relieve the cramps.

vicoden has tylenol in it, so don't take any tylenol with it(acetominophen). aspirin is ok to take with vicoden. ibuprofen or naproxen would be my first choices though. are your cramps usually that bad? if not, you might want to go see your doctor to make sure that everything is ok.

Call your Pharmacist and he should be able to recommend something that is available OTC for your pain. Exercise is a good way to reduce the the distress you are in from menstrual pain. However, one should be exercising and walking at least 3 time a week in order to benefit from it. Call on your Doctor, Mon. if you have not found relief
