How do you get stuff (sand ,small rock) out of a leg cast?!
Question: I was in a car accident and I broke 3 toes and had 9 broken bones in my foot.. Im don't know how but I got stuff in my cast. I have tried to shake it out put my leg in the air and mocve it all around but nothing is working...Help me please I can't take it... this is my first cast and broken bones. I am going crazy!!!

Forget the vacuum cleaner. You will only mess up the cotton wadding underneath the cast leaving your skin unprotected. Best to go back to your doctor and tell him the problem. Those things may irritate your skin or cause pressure symptoms in your skin which may lead to open wounds.
Try using your vacuum cleaner with a small attachment on the bottom of it
