Should I take 1 or 2 Tylenol PM?!
Question: I'm don't wanna feel groggy in the morning but I want a good night sleep. How many should i take to make me tired???? Are there any side effects??

If you do not take them regularly I would say a half of one 20 minuets before bedtime on a somewhat empty stomach should do the trick. Take with 8 oz. of water, then watch TV or something for about 20 minutes. Then go lay down and relax that should help you go to sleep. =)
i usually take just one!!!
the only side effect for me was when i take 2~ i have bizarre dreams~~ I have friends who have said the same~
so now I only take one~ works well
take 1 or you will be sleepy all day tommorow
Depends on how old you are and how physically big you are.
When in doubt, read the label instructions.
Take two, one won't do anything & you will not feel groggy when you awake. I'm real careful about taking pills, but have had a good night's rest when taking two Tylenol PM. I had NO side effects whatsoever.
