Question: for the past 2 days i've been having realy bad stomach pains...but this is the embarasing part...
my stool in other words number 2 is pure liquid and yellow!!! its so gross idk why its like that but its realy gross its almost like im doing number one out the wrong way!!!!

Could be a stomach flu, sounds like you ate something , that wasn't good for you. Keep hydrated, and take something over the counter, and see if it keeps happening if not head to a doctor.
This sounds like possibly a virus or poisoning of some type. Go to the Doc now!
Sounds like a simple case of diarrhea from something you ate.
If it doesn't ease up within the next two days, get yourself to a doctor. And, for goodness sake, replenish some of those liquids your body has been passing or you'll end up dehydrated on top of not feeling well.
do not eat for at least 1 day, try to last out for 2 days. Drink only water, if it is no better go and see your doc. The best of luck.

What you're describing is diarrhea. Don't worry everyone gets it at some point in their lives when they have the flu, food poisoning, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. You are probably getting a bit dehydrated from losing all those fluids so drinks tons of water. Pepto Bismol will help stop the "runs". Go to the doctor only if it continues for more than a few days.
