I quit cigarettes 6 months ago.

I can breath better, i am richer and my teeth are white.

CONCENTRATE

me 2 *takes a puff of my ****

my bf keeps saying i'll stop after the last pack blah blah blah. its hard to stop trust me lol

SMOKING KILLS

SMOKING CAUSES LUNG CANCER

SMOKING WHILE PREGNANT WILL HARM YOUR UNBORN CHILD

(Just a few off the side of cigarette packets!)

NO SMOKING

find a straw to chew on or a rubber band on the wrist to pop you every time you think about it.

it's bad for you and it's bad for everyone else!!

cancer!!!!! stay away ! say no !!!

Quitting smoking is a lot easier than quitting cancer. I saw that on a poster in a hospital.

Keep going, you've done so well to get this far! You can do it!

Do not have one - it will ruin all your hard work. On the 14th January you will no longer be addicted to nicotine - it will all be in your head. The little receptors in your brain are like little demons who will try to trick you into having another cigarette, you need to starve them. The patches worked for me - I am now in my fourth month smoke free.

Good luck.

Edit - All the idiots on here saying they will smoke for you are only jealous because they are not strong enough to give up themselves.

think of all the positive things that will happen after you quit. think of how bad you will feel when you smoke that cig. Is it really worth it?

try staying busy with something like reading a book, taking a walk, watching a good movie, etc.

You smell nice :-).

Cravings are not constant - at the moment you are focusing on the craving rather than the spaces between each craving. These spaces get longer and longer with each day that passes. Just take some deep breaths and remind yourself that it is JUST a craving and it WILL pass. I went through this two years ago when I quit - it DOES get better. Hang in there and well done. :o)

death, black lungs,cancer....your doing so good....don't give in now.it's been a week......if you've gone this long you can do it!

i'll smoke for you, mmm god this is good.

you just have to remember that you're stronger than the cigarette and that you can absolutely do it! the cravings pass in about 4 minutes... you'll be fine! good luck!!!

have a cup of tea

I have also quit, but i had some wine last night and ended up having 7 ciggies.

i have got one of those inhalotor things and theyre quite good as your actually replaying the motions of smoking..

dont have one though!! dont you feel better already?

You have saved nearly
