Do you ever wonder what docs really smoke?!
Question: Ok so I had a doctors appointment today and the nurse asked if I smoked and I do. So then I got a long speech about smoking and how its not good for you. Like I didn't know that. Anyways, do you ever wonder how many of those doctors or nurses actually smoke even though they give you a big lecture about it?

They just like to remind you in case you want to do something that will improve your health. They do care about peoples health and try to encourage them to take care of themselves.
Doctors and nurses are just like other people; some of them smoke just like everybody else. It isn't good for anybody. My son smoked for 25 years and he stopped cold turkey because he wanted to improve his health. It seems like it wasn't any problem stopping; but he says, he still wants a cigarette. It's been over five years for him now. I never smoked. I am also a nurse.
Doesn't matter if they do. It's their job to make you aware of the consequences.
they should be like doctor of mine, straight to the point, my doctor ask me if i want to join the quit smoking programme, i tell him no, he ask why? i say i like to smoke. He never bother me this topic again.
I too know smoking is not good! i reduced but never quit!
