Should I get the surgery?!
Question: I have a really bad knee. It has limited mobility and often aches. To make this clear the doctors are not positive at what is causing it. Though they say i might have arthritis. Which sucks because i'm just a college student. Though they say the have found calcium deposites in the back of my knee. They say that they don't look like they are causing any problems but i could have them removed if i wanted to. Should I? I don't really like surgery...... but i want to get better.

I suffered with knee pain for YEARS!! finally got the left knee fixed and the pain was GONE ,felt like i was 15 again, Had the rt knee fixed 2 yrs later, Knee surgry is the one surgry that I would say YES have it done . I didn't know how much the knee pain slowed me down or how bad the pain really was till it was gone! Spine surgery is a Whole different story!
If you want to get better, then get the surgery.
Calcification deposits can be broken up by the Lithrtripsey machine, used for kidney stones.

I had it done on my shoulder and at that time, four/five years ago they were looking into heel spurs and other applications.
Good Luck
