How do you get rid of tiredness?!


Question: Recently i,ve been feeling unbelievably tired. I always make sure I get at least 8 hours sleep at night. But in the last couple of weeks i've had a total lack of energy and been continously falling asleep on the couch etc... does anyone know what might be wrong?! or any suggestions on how to get more energy?!

maybe it's just getting back to the old routine. Some easy things to try is reading a book before bed and turn the t.v. off 1 hour before you go to bed and maybe leave your shades open.

take a nap during the day, drink drinks with caffeen

Exercise and a healthy diet including lots of fruit and vegetables.

Your tiredness could be directly related to the time of year - less sunlight = more tired. Unless your increase in sleeping is getting in the way of your life, just go with it and try not to worry. I'll bet you are energetic and really involved with living in the better weather and sunshine!!

It may also be that you need a vitamin supplement - I do (vitamin B12). A simple blood test can give lots of information about what is going on with your body. Let your doctor know how you are feeling and request a blood test. You will be feeling better before you know it !!
