they have some awesome inserts with great arch support, some even come in clear so they're more easily hidden in the shoes....... If your shoes are already tight on the feet to begin with than they might not work because they do need a bit of room. But i also love flat shoes and i have to have arch support, or else it kills me........ Stay away from the blue gel like inserts as you need something more firm, but they're definitely worth investing in.

Also you might try doing exercises to improve your natural arch. Rolling hard bottles, or anything long and round, under your feet while applying slight pressure will improve your natural arch and it will make a difference.

I really don't see why not. Put a rolled up sock under there.

I wouldn't know, I have flat feet :/

The only way to know if they will help you is to try them.

And consider getting higher quality shoes with proper arch supports for your future purchases.

Inserts go in almost all shoes. My son and his dad are flat footed. They use inserts, and they work vert well. Try it!

Theres really nothing you can do, unless you want to wear high heals. Befor you put on your shoes and start walking around, massaage the arch to relax the the musceals. That way they wont strain when you walk. If they start to bother you, when you take your shoes off, fill up your bath tub with warm water to relax the muscles again or if you have a foot bath thing then use that.

Good luck =]

ummm I have very high arch's but i a guy but feet is feet i would think! hehehe I use inserts with a built in arch and i can be on my feet all day with out um killing me and my back feels better too. And yes i do switch the inserts for differant boots i wear. I hope this helps in some way.(smiles)

Slip in an arch support into your shoes or else your arches will start to cave in (if they haven't started to already). If that happens you'll be having all sorts of problems. Start getting shoes with proper support from now on.
