Ambien cr?!
Question: last night, since it was sunday night, i wanted to start out my week by having a great monday morning. so i took a tylenol. it didnt do a thing. i went to bed at 9 and fell asleep around 1, and woke up at 6.
so if i take an ambien tonight, how much time should i devote to sleep? will i be extremely groggy the next day? if i get at least 9 hours of sleep with an ambien, will i feel great the next day? thank you.

The recommended length of time to dedicate to sleep is provided on your dosage bottle--usually 7-8 hours.
You might feel groggy the next day because your body isn't used to it yet, or you might not! Everyone's body will respond differently.
You should do just fine with nine hours.
I've taken ambien cr, and I wouldn't recommend less than seven hours. Eight hours or more is ideal.
