and compare plans and costs...

I can tell you that BCBS has been very confusing as to what they cover and don't cover when I call them. They said since they have 50 some different policy options, they don't know any by heart. They put you on hold for several minutes at a time. When you ask for a hard copy mailed to you of the policy, they direct you to the website. They policy printout there says "see policy details" on many items.
