Why do some root canals hurt and some don't?!
Question: I don't get it. Some people I asked whom have done root canals say it doesn't hurt at all, and then some say it hurts like hell. I had mine done a couple months ago and it hurt like hell! It's still a bit sore but I had two x-rays done and found nothing wrong with it. It's not infected or anything. Then I asked my friend and she said she got two done and it didn't even hurt and is not suppose to, while some dental nurses say it hurts like hell. Why is it that some hurt and some doesn't? I mean, root canals are done the same way. How can it that some poeple hurt and some don't? Anyone know?

every person is different.. like with birth control pills. for some people a certain pill can cause horrible side effects but for some they can be excellent and love them. everyone is different.
i had a root canal because a tooth i had was bad and it didn't hurt - let me put it in laments terms some people are punnanies and some aren't
