I thought you went to bed ages ago! I'm thinking about going up myself soon. going to watch BBC News 24 and bore myself to sleep. I finish work at midnight so I know how you feel. we could move to Australia and not suffer with the jet lag :-)

do what ever you feel like doing. just set ur alarm for when u need to get up. I have three a level exams thursday morning and i should be revising but i feel like doing something else

Yes, unfortunately I am an unemployed student and rarely awaken to daylight.

How do you nurses stick those needles into people you must have stomachs of iron!

I agree wholeheartedly with the bloke above me.

Thats the trouble with sleep you can only do it when tired

My metabolism was always knocked about when I worked night-shift.

Have a doulble of what does you good and go to bed. sweet dreams.

lmao u people post the funniest questions. yes, if ur sleepy it requires sleep. lol

Yes my little nursie, I am tired, and ooooooh so lonely, It could be fun,(for me anyhow) if i just popped round to sing you to sleep. I,ll get my bike out, shan,t be long. (Never fails, she should be flat out now!)

I worked night shift for about 8 yrs, so I know what your going through! What I used to do on the nights I was off, was not sleep during the day, before my night off. That way, I was usually exhausted by 10pm or so the following night. While I really enjoyed working nights, and I'm still a night owl, switching to day shift and trying to sleep EVERY night?? That took some getting used to. It's been years, and I still don't sleep all that well at night!

I didnt sleep well either last night!!
