Question: ur n the hospital & ur health problem requires a very expensive operation, but u have no insurance... all of a sudden... u die from a clot in ur arm or pneumonia. or u die on the operating table during a high risk procedure. unfortunately, u signed a liability waiver.

ill put it like this (from an experience ive seen with my older brother who didnt have insurance) (outpatient)They'll only see you for a few minutes, not even half the time they see insured patients, they dont give you much help, and for the few minutes they do see you, they charge an arm and leg, and you pretty much leave just as sick when you came in
(inpatient) they give you only the required. what i mean by that is the amount and quality of care that is required of doctors and hospitals, not what they could give, and the sad thing is, even if you are insured, the amount and quality of care you do get depends on what type of insurance you have, which i experience a lot

no but if it is a organ you need yes they will give it to the pearson with insurance i went to emergency room one day nothing was asked they worked on me not knowing if i even had insurance so they do what they can but if you need a organ your out of luck the guy with insurance will get it and may cause y to die but one of you would have any way either way
that is the dumbest question i have ever heard. no they don't kill you, they do what they can and bill you for it. you have a better chance of survival with insurance because most procedures will not be performed without insurance for liability purposes. if it is a high risk procedure and death occurs then the surviving family is responsible for the bill. this is a gamble with hospitals and surgeons because of law suits in favor of the patients survivors that may not have to pay.

doctors consultants surgeons are governed by there professional bodies, and if what you say could in a wealthy country is counted as misconduct.
