Question: first offf.... i was eating then i got a sudden MAJOR pain below my tongue... then there was a bump under my tongue and my limpnode or whatever this gland under my jaw swelled up... then it hurts to eat and talk and stuff.. i also have headaches and sneezing and common cold traits help ??

The swelling of a lymphnode indicates infection. The headaches could be a sign of pressure from the swelling or the spread of infection. The cold sy and sx could be coincidental. the swelling is dangerously close to your airway and could cause difficulty breathing.
Go to your MD and get some antibiotics.
sounds like an allergic reaction to what you ate.
if you can you should try to get to a docter
do you normally eat whatever you were eating?
cause it could just be some sort of allgeric reaction
Probably just a canker sore or something if it's white. Maybe try to swish around a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water (don't swallow of course). It'll sting but help it go away...at least it does for me.
If it's just a bump and it swells really badly or hurts so bad you can't stand it then go to the doctor.

Maybe your unconscious has caught up with your positive side and guilt is punishing you.

Its just some chemical reaction.
Don't stress. Your immune system will handle it.
Give it a day or two to heal.
If your lymphnode is swollen then you need to go to the doctor. They will definately perscribe medication for that. It's an infection. sorry :(
