How can i make my arms feel better after 3 shots?!

Question: i just got 3 shots (meningitis, hepatitis and HPV). i got the hepatitis and HPV shots in my right arm, and meningitis in my left arm...right now my left arm is more sore the my right. i know its going to feel alot worse tomorrow (it always does)
is there anything i can do to make my arms feel better?

Take some over the counter pain reliever and that should help the pain. I always take one before I get my flu shot for that same reason and it works.

nothing now but maybe do a few pushups and work the musle
