My shoulder keeps cracking?!

Question: I am walking from school, and for the first 2-3 minutes, everything is okay..Then shortly after that, whenever I lift my right arm even an inch, it starts cracking right in the shoulder blade! It's REALLY uncomfortable, and it hurts a little bit each time it cracks. I come home, take off my backpack, and it keeps cracking for a little bit, and wears off right away. My backpack isn't that heavy at all, I only have two binders and a book. Nothing much. I have been walking to school with the same weight for a while, and this never happened to me before...This is the second day that this has been going on, and it is ANNOYING the poop outta me!!!!! Please tell me what's going on with my shoulder and how I can fix this? Thanks. :)

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
