You're doing things to keep yourself hyped up.
You're also doing something VERY DANGEROUS in taking 3 sleeping tablets, and not all of them are the same medicine. You're risking OVERDOSING!

Warm a glass of milk. If you need to flavor it, add chocolate or nutmeg. Slowly drink that. Put on some calm, slow, soft, soothing music. Lie down and close your eyes, and count slowly from 10 to 1. You can repeat that count down any number of times.

Visualize a field of flowers by a beautiful, quite forest. Watch the clouds slowly glide overhead. Watch the pretty butterflies flit from flower to flower. Feel the warmth of the sun which is just the right temperature. Then slowly walk over to the stream and sit on the comfortable rock that is there, and listen to the song of the stream as it flows over the pebbles in the stream.

See you tomorrow.

turn everyting off around you and lay in bed and just relax. sleep will follow shortly.......

You might be hyperactive and sedatives will actually give you more energy instead of relaxing you. Try to drink a few cups of coffee, you will be surprised how that will help you feel more relaxed to fall asleep.

then go lay down and get off the computer
