Maybe it's a cold sore.
It's a form of herpes but not sexually transmitted.
It's not a big deal.
Go get some abreva and use as directed.

Put campho-phenique on it through out the day. It will dry it out and it will go away.
Bonjela - brilliant stuff, may sting a little. So only put a bit on at first.
