I was stretching this morning and heard this crack in my neck....?!
Question: When my alarm went off I was stretching and turned my head to the left and i heard this insane set of cracks in my neck, now if I turn my head to the right it sends a horrible pain to the right side of my neck down my right arm. HELP.....

ive done this before but cracking your neck is just releasing gases and when i did this i went to the hospital they gave me muscle relaxers and told me to put a hot compress on it like a heating pad and it really helped so if you don'tt wanna go to the hospital just take some advil and use a heating pad
The set of cracks in your neck shouldn't have been horrible. They should have been a relief. However, since they weren't and you now have a pain in your neck that goes down to your arm, you could use a chiropractic visit because they can correctly align your spine and show you the exercise to stretch your arm out.
