My legs hurt from doing alot of jumping jacks. Help, please?!

Question: Okay, so two days ago at 12:00pm, I did 100 jumping jacks. At 2:30pm I did 50 more jumping jacks and at 3:00pm I did 50 more jumping jacks. At aroudn 7:00pm, I showed my dad that I could do 100 jumping jacks and I did. So that was two days ago, and the back of my legs STILL hurt. Is there something wrong? Please help. They only hurt when I walk around or stand up.

Small muscle tears from the strain. And 2 days is about the average. Anyway, the only way to get rid of it, is believe it or not, keep on doing them. You have to get the soreness out by exercising. That an a couple of aspirin.

Likely DOMS (delayed onset muscular soreness). There is absolutely nothing to worry about as long as the pain is gone within 5 days or so. Doing exercise that your body is not accustomed to will elicit this reaction.

its because you were not warmed up when you started exercising...you just are sore it will go away

who does jumping jacks anymore?

eat a banana the potassium helps ease muscle pain

get some epsom salt.
soak in a hot bath with epsom salt in it.
and take some ibpreufen.

both of thoes things will seriously help you and theyre both relativly cheap and good to have around.
