It may be bad posture on your part or bad "clickability" ;-), on the keyboard part,
BUT...
A few years ago I felt my fingers go numb with a tingling sensation and found out later I was diabetic.
SO...
Just to play it safe, get a blood test done, the sooner the better.

Go get checked out for this.
You may have to get another keyboard, or set up the keyboard differently.
My Mr. went out and got me this lap top. It helps.
You can go buy the keyboards that have the bumps and waves on them, this is my other one.
