How do I know if my appendix has burst or become infected?!

You wouldn't be here typing this, the pain is excruciating and you'd be tossing your cookies until you passed out. You'd have a fever, the pain would double you up. You have to have a pee test and, a blood test. You may have a attack though so, I'd have the ER check it ut or the doc.
Sharp pain, near your right hip bone.
I was told one way to find out was to stand on your tippy toes and then fall flat on your feet hard and you would feel sharp pain on your (abdomen) right side. But I suggest you Google Symptoms of appendicitis....and the pain is so severe you wouldn't know what to do with yourself. GL
