The only thing that you can do to stop bleeding is to apply pressure to the wound. Try to be gentle with the pressure but try to be fairly firm or else the bleeding wont stop. Because shaving cuts are more surface scrapes than anything they tend to bleed longer than other cuts. So it may take a while of applying pressure to get it to stop bleeding. The bubble on the bottom of your foot is a blister because obviously the hair removal cream has burnt you from being too hot. All you can do for that is to sit it in a bucket of cold water to reduce the blister size and to reduce the severity of the soreness.

You need to go to the hospital now!

consult an adult... see a doctor.... (assuming your a kid)

go to the doctor... ask a friend...

I just have to ask.....do you have hair on the bottom of your feet???????????

anyway, apply pressure to where you cut yourself and as far as the bubble...just watch it and make sure it does not get infected....there is really nothing else to do.....

direct pressure against the wound. keep it clean and dry when the bleeding stops.
