Question: Every night I get at least eight hours of sleep. I exercise a half an hour a day but do anything that strenuous. Why am I constantly tired. are there any suggestions for me to get my energy back?

its your diet hun..your not gettin enough vitimans and minerals...take a mulitvitiman once a day and I'm sure that you will have your energy back in at least a week and then some...the best kind is One A Day Weight smart..it keeps the nutrients needed for your body plus gives you an extra umph to get any wieght you dont' want off...or it helps you maintain your wieght....

Maybe your diet is not giving you all the nutrients that you need. Evaluate what you're eating. Also, you may not be consuming enough calories.

I'd suggest contacting a doctor if this continues.

Maybe you're not eating enough or eating ...but the wrong things. Go to the Dr. so he can rule out anything that might be serious.
