HELP! I don't know where my knee pain is?!
Question: My knee has been giving me problems for a bit over a month now, ever since I injured it. It has not gotten better, I've been to the doctor twice, and they said there was no fractgure (They took an Xray)
They said to come back if it still hurt so I'm going back tomorrow. But the thing that bothers me is... I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT HURTS! I know it's my knee...but I can't seem to target where the pain is, like when they ask me where it hurts. To me, it just hurts...Any ideas?

You could try walking on the hurt knee with your hand over it. When it starts to pain then move a finger to it. Its how I pinpoint where my injurey is
