Answers: and i can't stop eating whats my problem?

you are compensating the action of smoking with eating.i went through the same thing when i quit,it lasted about 2 months and i gained 40 pounds.Try and find something to do that keeps your hands busy and your appetite should drop off as mine did.i started playing solitaire when i had nothing else to do,with cards, not on my pc,and it helped tremendously.I eventually lost 20 of the 40 i gained and i no longer have any cravings for nicotine, its been 19 months since i quit and i was up to 2 packs a day over a 30 year span.its not easy but it is sure as hell worth the effort, good luck!

instead of smoking, u replaced ur habits by eating.

You are replacing one craving with another. Try instead doing 50 push ups/ 50 sit ups (alternate) or 50 jumping jacks everytime you have a craving. I know it sounds crazy, but when I quit 8 years ago, I'd run/walk around my apartment building every time I had one. Your lungs feel so full and invigorated, you won't crave one. Then only have a piece of fruit. And start to exercise more and more.

Its because you need to be doing something with ur hands. Always have carrot or celery sticks on hand

Congrats on 30 days
