Hamstring problems?!
Question: I have been having a lot of hamstring problems for about 2 years now. Prior to that I never had any issues. I've been active my whole life and im in good shape. I pulled it one day about 2 years ago and now I can't seem to avoid it. Is there anything other than normal rest and working it out that I can do to prevent this from happening?

There are few things that I can suggest to try to prevent pulling your hamstrings. The first would be is make sure you are warmed up properly. Follow that with a long and slow stretching session. If that doesn't work then go see a physical therapist to get the hamstring stronger and thus it will be less prone to tearing or pulling.
