Advil PM works really good but you must make sure you get at least 8 hrs of sleep

You are anxious about what is going on at work, College. What happens is when we go to sleep, the barrier between the conscious: the part we use during the day and the subconscious: the part where we think but never say, comes down. Therefore all the problems of the day that the subconscious wishes it could get out, now comes out and that is what keeps you awake. You need to sit down and resolve your problems. Good Luck

The trouble with sleeping pills is that they are addictive. If you start using them all the time, your body will start to expect it and slow it's production of your natural sleep enzymes.

The best things you can do for yourself is (1) get some really good heavy excersize during the day and wear yourself out and (2) set a regular schedule for getting to bed and waking up each day. Your body really needs to stick to a predictable schedule.

Good luck and sweet dreams

ambian you gotta get it from a doctor

I just found a great homeopathic remedy called Rescue Sleep. It's a spray you can get at Whole Foods or other health food stores, it's supposed to help 'turn your mind off' and it really works! And being homeopathic, it's totally natural, non-addictive, just use it whenever you need it. I highly recommend it!
