Pinched Nerve in my Shoulder - Temporary Relief Needed!?!
Question: Anyone know of some good tricks to help releive th pain of a pinch nerve in my right shoulder. When I move it it sends a wave of pain up my arm and up my neck. I've tried stretching but it's not working. Ideas anyone????

Ahh nerve pain is the worst!! Try some ice and as much rest as you can get. Also when you are sleeping see if you can wrap your arm in a way with an ace bandage that keeps it from moving much. Ever notice how the pain is worse in the morning? Its because during sleep you move more than you realized. During the day continue with very gentle stretches to keep the muscles loose. if you have health insurance most of the time you should only have to pay your co-pay and you can go to physical therepy even after 2 sessions your shoulder should already feel a great improvement. hope this helps:)
