Trouble breathing, catching breath???!
Question: Sometimes, I have trouble breathing, to where I can't catch my breath, I have to take in deep breathes a couple times before I even catch my breath, and sometimes it's just when I'm sitting around or something, this happens, I feel like my heart is hurting or something is wrong, I have to go where their is some air blowing to catch my breath sometimes. My mom use to have asthma, when she was younger, but that was when she was a baby, I'm 16 and this has happened several times threw-out the pass couple of years is it anything serious, it doesn't happen all the time, that's why I haven't ever worried about it, anyone know what this may be???? thanks

Sounds like anxiety. When you feel this coming on, take deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth.
it sounds to me that you may have asthma. the best thing to do is go see your doctor to know what it could be for sure.

I have a condition similar to that . Your heart actually goes out of rhythm and you feel like your out of breath. It is a allergy to caffeine and other stimulates it is more common than you realize. Its called Arrhythmia and apparently its hereditary , I have two others in my family with the same thing. For a long time I thought it was Asthma. Major problems are blood clotting from blood pooling in heart valve.
Mabye worth checking with a doctor.
But can be controlled.
