Can't help you much and everyone else will guess too.

Don't know how old you are. If you are under 50 I would suggest it is not swollen, but could be just slightly bigger than the left and you never sat and looked at the two with an eye for comparison. Keep in mind, if you are right handed, your right hand will be slightly bigger than your left and your right leg/foot will be slightly bigger than the left. If you are left handed, the opposite is true.

It's "just because". It is thought it's because which ever is your dominant side, that side "leads" first, so is exercised a bit harder than the other side. Walking up stairs. Think about it, if you are right handed, you will take your first step generally with your right foot, so that right leg will lift your body weight first.....thus more exercise to build more muscle.

If you are an older adult and have heart trouble or circulation problems you could be holding fluid in that leg.

If you gently press firmly around the ankle area with 1 or 2 fingers together for about 3 seconds and let go, see if there is an indent in your skin. If there is, it would indicate there is extra fluid built up. See your MD soon.

If there is just a white spot that quickly turns red then is normal, all this is normal.

So, there is a lot to consider with that word, "swollen".

Good luck
