Sounds like you may have a little haemorrhoid or you've torn something slightly. Even a small injury can cause a lot of pain in that area.

You can either pluck up the courage to get some cream from the chemists OR just take painkillers, drink plenty of fluids - esp. fresh fruit juice - so that your next poo isn't painful and apply some ice to the area - if you can bear to do that.

You shouldn't be embarrassed though. Everyone gets this from time to time.

I hope you feel better soon.

Give it another 24 hours and then go to a doctor.

sounds like piles - women get it through childbirth from pushing so hard - maybe thats what happened to you.

blah!!

go to a doctor dude.

wow, lol nice happened o me too it hurt for a couple days but i felt better after that just wait if not better after 2 weeks go to doctor

you prbably tore your rectum (lol) not a laughing matter but i find it funny that your telling the whole world but you could go see a doctor but i have had this happen and it healed itself after about a week

any blood?

pherphas you have rippped something. it would heal if it has been ripped. but your still in pain after a few days then see a nurse or doctor. bnut dont be shy and embarrsed

u probably got piles...i no it sounds disgustin but put your fingers near to the hole ergggghhhhh horrible n feel about for little lumpy bits..if u feel some u got jeremy kyles....u can get cream for them from chemist

popped a hamearoid or ripped a sphincter muscle
dont be such a poof, its life
i got a spiral pile that enflames and til i get it cut off i have to squeeze the thing empty
go see your doctor
yes its embarrassing face to face but you aint the 1st

have you checked for piles? I remember my brother when we where younger pushed 2 hard & ended up with a pile which was pretty painfull for him, perhaps just check yourself over if you can face it.

Could be hemorrhoids. Go to your doctor if it doesn't stop soon

You might have piles !!! Go and see your doctor he won't hurt you and it's nothing to be embarassed about. You don't say what came out so it's difficult to help you ......

there are loads of muscels that make your bowel move must have strained one very painful i know had an op on mine nearly passed out with pain

Don't feel stupid! When ever I have a pain there, I freak out a little too. It does sound like you pushed some muscle tissue. Just feel around the area and if there is a lump, you can gently push it back in. GENTLY! Use some KY or some Preparation H to help. And breathe! It's alright. It happens to most everyone. Isn't it funny the things we feel ashamed to talk about? The most basic of human functions embarrass the hell out of us! And yet turn on the telly and the most horrid behavior seems acceptable!
Don't forget to breathe!

see a doctor, he will know what to do,
