How can I get though my day, Only had 1 hours sleep?!

The usual coffee, tea, energy drinks etc. Try eating carbohydrates like pasta to give some slow releasing energy. Sugars are great for quick bursts but you have to keep eating them to maintain the energy buzz.

My friend and i used to pull all nighters in the computer room at university during our final year. We would eat a complex-carb-rich meal then survive on pro-plus, haribo sweets, sugary drinks and our own form of computer room yoga to keep the energy flowing (head stands are great ways of getting the energy going). We used to get really hyperactive between the hours of 1am and 6am - great fun.

Energy drink and a nap.
Try not to do anymore all-nighters.

red bull....tea...(if you like coffee...go for it)....well i would add alcohol but that irresponsible...lols!!

When I was a junior doctor we had to continue working sometimes for up to 60 hours with virtually no sleep. You will cope, don't be a wimp!

Try not to drive a car, if you can avoid it. Don't operate any machinery. You're sleep deprived, and an accident waiting to happen. If you can, I'd call in sick, and not bother going to work.

You just will. But you could also eat lots of carbs & drink heaps of water & caffeine (& keep yourself busy).
