Why do I keep experiencing random muscle palpitations?!
Question: Alright, I'm 17 and this has been going on and off for about a year. It's not so severe that my arms will suddenly suddenly fly out, or I'll make faces for no apparent reason, but I keep getting what can only be described as "quiverings". My lip will feel like it's clenching then unclenching. Spots on my arms/legs will just "quiver". Sometimes it's in my gut, and it lasts for a few very uncomfortable seconds.
It doesn't hurt and it isn't noticable, but why is it happening?

Those little resting tremors could be because of a variety of reasons. Mis-firing of motor neurons could lead to excess calcium and more than desired contractions. Potassium deficiencies also can cause them. Doctors aren't sure of a one-cause-for-all when it comes to them so dont worry too much about them unless they become constant.
what does palpitations mean first of all......
edit: whoever gave me a thumbs up, 5 + cool points for u =)
It could be a lack of enough potassium.Eat a Banana.
masturbation could help
it calms you down do it everytime this happens
if u cant masturbate try just thinking of sexy things like boobs
