Question: I had a patellofemoral PKR last March. My knee has been aching and I thought it was from the weather, but I notice that it makes a high pitched squeaking sound when I go to sit down, stand up, or bend it. I cannot sleep now because I'm worried (plus it's aching) and I won't be able to speak to my Dr. until Monday morning unless its an emergency.

Interesting, I almost always get a loud clicking sound when bend my knees (for example like sitting down to reach something from the floor), though I never had any replacement surgeries.
I think you need to go to your doctor ASAP though.
