Unexplained injury?!
Question: my friends baby was taken of her coz it had a unexplained injury. the baby was always ill it was a prem baby and a ttts survivor. she never did anything i was with her all the time.
just want to see if this has happend to other parents. plus shes sueing the hostpital told she could plus. how cruel can life be

life is very cruel, she has every rite to sue the hospital. I am in a situation at the moment cos my son who is 6 month old got a bump on the head, i don't know how he done it but i took him to hospital and he got an xray and they found he had a fractured skull which they informed me they had to inform social services because of this "unexplained" injury. I also have 2 other boys and I'm just w8in for them to knock on my door the health visitor has already been and the hospital has told her they were concerened because i do not have a bond with my son which is a load of crap, obviously i dont know you or your m8 but im behind you all the way, fight the hospital to the very end. hope all turns out well for you and your friend!

If your English, spelling and grammar are anything to go by, you seem very young indeed! I wonder how young your friend is? The fact that she is apparently threatening to sue the hospital is neither here nor there and may be simply an irrelevant threat. Social services rarely take babies from their parents unless there are serious concerns that the child may be at risk.
