I do it all the time !!! i have one right now matter of fact. I'll just tell you my daily routine.

Rinse mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide but do not swallow it.
then i put some salt on my finger or a Q tip and rub it gently on the area. Then i wash my mouth sometimes after that with mouthwash.

It goes away in like a week to a week in a half !

They hurt like crap dont they !?!?!?

use the medicine for canker sores

Rinse you mouth out with peroxide but do not swallow it

Happens ALL THE TIME. Just ignore it; if it's sore or it ulcerates, rinse with a little salt water.

Hurts don't it.Takes a least 2 weeks to heal.

i'm not sure How to treat it, dealing with the same problems, unitll you find out how to treat it, i usually chew really, really slowly.
and i hate to say it but I uaually pop mym blisters but really i shouldn't ( i don't think)

Rinse with listerine. It pinches, but helps a lot.

I have upper dentures and sometimes i bite the inside of my cheek and also down on the inside of my lower lip and it seems to take a long time to heal, i sometimes use chloreseptic (sp) spray and put some on a piece of cotton and keep it on the spot till it numbs........fastest way is warm salt water or peroxide, dont swallow.........and patience helps but its not easy cause it hurts like the dickens.!!!!!! good luck......ST FROM OHIO

Major Owwie!
;)

It has happened to me before. Just rinse your mouth with salt water. It will take time to heal but it does.
