Its starting to get sharper and making it harder to breathe.

a sharp pain on the side can mean anything. it may be a symptom of several diseases. i suggest you visit a doctor for a deferential diagnosis and, later, treatment. otherwise, if you take guesses as to what it is and take medicines for said guesses, you would end up more sick than you are today with liver failure to go with it.

if you are sick an feel really tired you may have mononucleosis. rest and maybe see a doctor!

it could be your gallbladder. what you're describing sounds similar to what my mom had, and she had to have her gallbladder removed. it might go away, but i would still suggest you to go the doctor within the next couple days... if it becomes unbearable though, go to the emergency room.
