Make sure you are eating things that are easy to digest. Lay off the spicy, acidic things like spaghetti and pizza and Mexican food.
If you are under stress, your stomach is one of the first places where you'll suffer. If you are old enough, and not an alcoholic, a half a glass of red wine in the evenings can help.
IF you have chronic pain, see your doctor. Ulcers are not anything to mess with, and untreated they can cause stomach cancer.
