Does someone maybe have a clue as to what my problem is?!
Question: My face hurts. For example if I hold the phone between my shoulder and my face, my cheek hurts. Or if I rest my hand on my jaw, my jaw will hurt. And the same for the back of my head. When trying to sleep at night, the only comfortable postion is on my back. And even that's not always the case with arthritis.
But the back of my skull will hurt and so I turn to the other side and the other side of my face will hurt. (my cheek bones)
I see the Dr in another couple of weeks. This has only been going on for a couple of months. I think it started about a week after Thanksgiving.

You could possibly suffer from Bruxism. Grinding your teeth at night. This can cause all of the pains you described.
You state you have Arthritis? You should know that you should never hold the phone between you ear and shoulder. You do not state what drugs you are taking for what type of Arthritis, as these drugs can have side effects. Likewise it could be Fibro. Good Luck
