5 year old with fever?!
Question: He started running a fever this morning with no other symptoms. I took his temp and it was 102.2 at 1:30 today. Gave him Childrens Motrin and about a half hour later he was up eating,drinking, and playing. I just went in his room and found him laying on the floor saying he was freezing. I gave him a pillow and blanket, took his temp which was 101.5 this time, Then gave him some childrens Advil. He did this about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Ran a fever for a few days with no other symtoms. Now it's happening again. I'm just confused about him not having any other symptoms??? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank You :)

Please, please be very careful giving your children any type of aspirin, (that include Motrin, Advil, etc.) Aspirin can be very harmful or deadly to children.
Take your child to the emergency room, and tell the nurse that he has been running a fever on and off. Get your child check out for any underline causes. Also get a prescription while you are there for their medications.
Take him to his pedi doctor and let him know what's been going on. It's probably a bug that's going around but to be on the safe side take him to the doctor asap!
call the dokta.......dunt delay./...in mean time...fluids n more fluids.........and .juice makes it loose, bananas are binding. guten luck.
